Break Me Up, Break Me Down

This short film is an experiment in visual storytelling, where we explored a wide range of stylized rendering techniques to deliver a fresh and immersive aesthetic experience. More importantly, we aimed to translate music into a narrative component. The story itself follows a simple but powerful arc—one that reflects on forgiveness and choosing love over hatred. We Drew a lot of inspiration from early 2000s music and anime culture, with works like Panty & Stocking and Jet Set Radio as references.
